I've been shooting G5 broadheads, specifically the Montecs, for about 8 or 9 years now. Never once have I not had a complete pass through, regardless of shooting turkeys, whitetails, and black bears. The sharpness on these broadheads is incredible, and I would much rather stake my odds on a dependable fixed blade, rather than a mechanical, especially on anything larger than a deer. The best part, if you purchase the G5 sharpener that HDO keeps in stock, you can keep using these broadheads for years.
